Reviews on retailssupp.com are written by real customers. Here is how we keep them honest.

Who can write a review

Anyone — but reviews from verified buyers (people who actually bought the item from us) are clearly marked with a “Verified buyer” badge. Unverified reviews are still welcome but are flagged as such.

Our moderation rules

We publish reviews as submitted, subject only to these rules. We will edit or remove:

  • Personal information (your address, phone, email)
  • Profanity or hate speech
  • Defamatory claims that we cannot verify
  • Spam, marketing links, or off-topic content
  • Reviews about a different product (we’ll move them to the right product where possible)

We do NOT

  • Filter out reviews because they are negative.
  • Pay for fake reviews — banned under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
  • Offer discounts in exchange for positive reviews.
  • Selectively publish only good reviews.

How reviews are collected

After your order is delivered, we send one optional email asking you to share your experience. There is no obligation. You can leave a review without that email by visiting the product page.

Responding to a review

We read every review. We respond publicly to reviews of 3 stars or below where we can offer a resolution. Customers can reply to our response if they want.

Removing your own review

Email support@retailssupp.com to remove or edit a review you wrote.

Reporting a review

If you think a review breaches these rules, use the “Report” link below the review or email support@retailssupp.com.

Trustpilot / third-party reviews

We may also display aggregated review scores from third-party platforms. These follow the platform’s own policies and verification.
