Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not been dispatched yet (typically same-day for orders before 13:00), email support@retailssupp.com immediately. We will cancel the order and refund the full amount within 3 working days.

Cancelling after delivery (14-day cooling-off)

You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods (or the last item of a multi-item order) to cancel without giving a reason.

To exercise the right, send a clear statement of your decision to cancel to returns@retailssupp.com. You may use the model cancellation form below.

Effects of cancellation

  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
  • You bear the cost of return for change-of-mind cancellations.
  • We refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof you have returned them, whichever is earlier).
  • Refund includes the original standard delivery charge. We are not required to refund any premium delivery upgrade you chose.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods.

Exceptions to the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to certain categories (custom-made goods, sealed hygiene items once unsealed, perishables). None of these apply to the standard furniture accessories sold on retailssupp.com.
