Warranty Policy

All products sold by RetailsSupp come with the rights you have under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. In addition, we offer the following standard warranty.
Standard 12-month warranty
Every item we sell is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. This covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
What’s covered
- Structural failure under normal load
- Manufacturing defects in joints, fixings or finishes
- Components that fail prematurely under normal use
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or use beyond the product’s stated load capacity
- Damage from improper assembly or modification
- Damage from cleaning with unsuitable products (see our Care Guide)
- Commercial / non-domestic use unless stated otherwise on the product page
- Cosmetic changes from sunlight, moisture or temperature swings
How to claim
- Email support@retailssupp.com with your order number, photographs of the defect, and a brief description.
- We will assess the claim within 3 working days.
- Approved claims are resolved at our choice by repair, replacement, or refund — with priority given to your preference where reasonable.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described) and does not affect them. After 6 months, the burden of proof for an inherent fault shifts to the consumer, but you remain protected for the lifetime the product could reasonably be expected to last (up to 6 years from purchase in England and Wales, 5 years in Scotland).
