RetailsSupp is committed to making retailssupp.com accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards where reasonably practicable.

What we do

Use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so screen readers can navigate easily.
Provide text alternatives for product images.
Maintain a colour contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
Ensure all interactive controls are reachable and usable with a keyboard.
Make form labels explicit and error messages descriptive.
Avoid relying on colour alone to convey information.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet meet AA conformance:

Some older product photographs may have less detailed alt text — we are updating them.
Third-party widgets (live chat, payment forms) follow their own accessibility standards.
