retailssupp.com is not directed at children. Our products are general homeware accessories intended for adults to purchase for use in adult and family households.

This reflects the requirement that the person entering into the sales contract be legally capable of doing so.

Data we do not knowingly collect

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13. The UK GDPR sets the age of consent for online services at 13.

If you are a parent or guardian

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, email privacy@retailssupp.com with the details and we will delete it within 5 working days.

Safeguarding

Where we identify that an account has been created by someone clearly under 18, we close the account, delete the associated data, and refund any payment to the original payment method.
