Anti-Spam Policy

We comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR for all marketing communications.
When we send marketing email
You will only receive marketing emails from RetailsSupp if one of these is true:
- You ticked the marketing-opt-in box at checkout, on a sign-up form, or in your account preferences (active consent under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
- You bought a similar product from us and we sent marketing about similar products only, with a clear opt-out in every message (PECR Regulation 22(3) “soft opt-in”).
What you can expect
- No more than 4–6 emails per month.
- Genuine offers, new arrivals, and occasional buying guides — not bait-and-switch.
- Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.
- Unsubscribes are honoured within 24 hours and are permanent unless you re-subscribe.
How to opt out
- Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Or change your preferences in My Account → Communication Preferences.
- Or email privacy@retailssupp.com asking us to remove you.
Transactional emails
Order confirmations, dispatch notifications, refund notifications and replies to your support requests are not marketing emails — they are service messages we send to fulfil our contract with you. They cannot be opted out of for the duration of the order they relate to.
SMS, WhatsApp, phone
We do not send marketing by SMS, WhatsApp or phone unless you explicitly opt in to that channel.
Reporting spam from us
If you receive a message you believe breaches this policy, please email privacy@retailssupp.com. If we agree we breached the policy we will tell you what went wrong and how we’ve fixed it.
ICO complaints
You can complain about marketing practices to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
