Our Price Promise
We work hard to keep our prices fair without playing games with fake “was” prices or constant fake sales.
What we promise
- Prices shown are the price you pay — they include UK VAT at 20%.
- We do not show inflated “RRP” or “was” prices that the item has never genuinely been sold at (in line with CMA guidance on misleading pricing).
- When we do run a sale, the “was” price is one we actually charged for at least 28 consecutive days in the preceding 6 months.
- Delivery is calculated transparently at checkout — no hidden fees at the final step.
Found it cheaper elsewhere?
We don’t operate a formal price-match scheme, but if you find a comparable item from a reputable UK retailer at a lower price, send us a link to support@retailssupp.com. Where we can match (allowing for stock cost and delivery), we will — and we’ll honour the lower price for 24 hours.
If a price changes after you order
If we reduce the price within 14 days of your order, email support@retailssupp.com with your order number and we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Pricing errors
Despite our best efforts, an obvious pricing error (item listed at £1 instead of £19, for example) is not binding on us. Where we spot the error after you order, we will cancel the order, refund any payment, and offer you the chance to re-order at the correct price.
Multi-buy & discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. Multi-buy offers (e.g. 3 for 2) are calculated automatically in your basket.
