Product Care Guide
How to keep your purchase looking and working as well as the day it arrived. Following these tips also keeps your 12-month warranty intact.
Wood & bamboo items (monitor risers, drawer dividers, shelf accessories)
- Wipe with a slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately.
- Do not soak, immerse or run under a tap.
- Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods (causes fading).
- Keep away from radiators and other dry heat sources (causes splitting).
- For occasional conditioning, a tiny amount of food-grade mineral oil applied with a soft cloth restores lustre.
Fabric & mesh items (seat cushions, storage baskets, footrest covers)
- Spot-clean with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth.
- If the cover is removable, follow the wash-care label.
- Air-dry naturally — do not tumble dry unless the label allows it.
- Do not iron memory-foam covers.
Metal items (desk organisers, hooks, wire baskets)
- Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Dry thoroughly to prevent rust spots, especially on plated finishes.
- Avoid abrasive scouring pads — they damage the coating.
Plastic & silicone items (cable trays, drawer organisers)
- Warm water and washing-up liquid is fine.
- Avoid bleach and harsh solvents — these can discolour the plastic.
Memory-foam & gel items (seat cushions, lumbar supports)
- The memory-foam core is not washable. Use the removable cover only.
- Air the core in a shaded, well-ventilated space every few weeks.
- Avoid prolonged compression beyond stated weight limits.
Load capacity
Each product page lists a maximum load. Damage caused by exceeding stated capacity is not covered under our 12-month warranty.
Storage
If you need to store an item before use, keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Original packaging is ideal.
