Where we deliver
Anywhere in the United Kingdom — England, Scotland (mainland and islands), Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Dispatch cut-off
13:00 GMT on a working day — order before that and we dispatch the same day.
Delivery to a different address
At checkout you can enter a separate billing and delivery address — useful for gifts, work-from-home offices, or sending to a friend.
Safe place / leave with neighbour
Most couriers let you set a “safe place” or “leave with neighbour” preference. Set this on the courier’s tracking page once you have your tracking number.
Multiple items
Where possible we pack all items in one parcel. Larger items may be sent separately — you’ll get a dispatch email for each parcel.
Public holidays
UK bank holidays are not working days. Orders placed on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. The Royal Mail public-holiday schedule applies.
