Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add items to your basket, click the basket icon, then “Checkout”. Enter your delivery address and payment details. You can check out as a guest — an account is optional.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email support@retailssupp.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched (typically same day for orders before 13:00), we can change the items or address. Once dispatched, changes go through the courier.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

A VAT invoice is automatically attached to your order confirmation email. You can also download it from My Account → Orders.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days. Express: 1–2 working days. Highlands & Islands: 3–5 working days. See our Shipping Policy for full detail.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes — at standard UK rates. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We’re a UK-only service right now. EU and US shipping is on our roadmap for 2026.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — standard UK delivery is free on orders over £40.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. See our Payment Methods page.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We never see or store your card number. Payment is processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns window?

30 days from delivery for any reason, in unused, resalable condition. See our Returns Policy for full detail.

How long do refunds take?

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return (usually within 2 working days). Stripe then credits your card within 5–10 business days.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Stock status shows on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it’s back.

Do you sell to businesses?

Yes — for bulk orders or trade pricing, email support@retailssupp.com with the items and quantities. We typically respond with a quote within 1 working day.

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account makes future orders faster and lets you track current orders.

How do I reset my password?

Use the “Lost your password?” link on the login page. We’ll email a reset link.
