We dispatch from our base in Stromness, Orkney, to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 13:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking your order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. You can also track from your account at My Account → Orders.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, plus the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). We do not yet ship to EU or international addresses.

Failed delivery & redelivery

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will follow their standard process (card through the door, redelivery the next working day, or a hold at a local depot or post office). If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable after 14 days, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply) or a refund less the original postage cost.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window plus 3 working days, please contact support@retailssupp.com. We will trace the parcel with the courier. Royal Mail considers a domestic parcel lost after 10 working days from dispatch; we will issue a replacement or full refund at that point.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, sign for it as “damaged” if possible and email support@retailssupp.com within 48 hours with photographs. See our Damaged or Faulty Items page for the full process.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once dispatched, the parcel must be redirected through the courier (often at additional cost) or returned to us.
