At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Any updates to this coverage will be announced on our website.

2. Shipping Costs

No Hidden Fees: All prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes and fees. There are no additional charges for shipping.

3. Business Hours & Order Processing

Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Processing Time: We take 1 to 3 business days to verify your order, perform quality checks, and prepare items for shipment.

Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping & Delivery Times

Carriers Used: We ship with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and product type.

Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days after the order ships.

Total Estimated Delivery: From the time you place your order to the time you receive it, the total timeframe is usually 4 to 7 business days (processing + shipping).

Special Cases: Oversized or high-value items may require additional processing or carrier services. If this applies, we will notify you promptly.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 to 72 hours. You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Please note: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Seasonal high-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Retailssup is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at Support@retailssupp.com so we can assist you in filing a claim.
