1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Once your order enters the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, please wait for delivery and then follow our Refund & Return Policy to request a return.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
